Coffee Pillows

I decided to make a couple pillows with some of the leftover squares from my Bistro Layer Cake. I got out "Love My Coffee" by Lizzie Kate and "Caffe Latte" by LHN. Bradley (my nine year old) helped me pick out the fabric for both of these! He has a good eye for color.

I also worked on my Sampler Stocking a little bit. I have been working on it exclusively - I really want to get it finished up soon!

Caffe Latte Finished!

I finally got Caffe Latte finished up today!

Sorry, I haven't posted in a few days! I've been trying to get back into our routine! I miss my vacation!! :) Well, I've got to get my ds from school, so I'll write later! :)

I worked on Caffe Latte a little bit last night. I just got some more of the border stitched. Not too exciting! :)

I also stopped by my LNS today to see if they had a thread I was needing. I ended up getting a little more...

Back in Florida!

I made it home tonight at about 8:00 pm. The kids were so good on the trip. I only had to stop a couple times. I didn't get a chance to post an update on my stitching before I left. I got more done on "Heart of America." I could have done more, but I left the other half of my pattern at home. Duh! So this is what I did get stitched...

Since I didn't have the other half of my pattern I decided to start something new...

It's "Caffe Latte" by LHN. I had the fabric already cut for it, so I decided to go for it. :) The fabric is the same I used for "Herbal Tea" - 32 ct. Vintage Examplar, which is also the same I'm using for "Heart of America."

We did find a place to rent while I was there. A 3 bedroom/2 bath condo in a nice neighborhood. It backs up to the woods, so I'll feel like I'm home again. I've missed the woods that were in the back of our house in Georgia. We're all very excited! There are pictures of the new condo in my flickr album if anyone is interested.

Well, it's getting late and I've got to get up early tomorrow! I'm going to Martha's house to stitch. I can't wait! We always have so much fun! :) Write later!
