Is it Friday yet?? Or June?? I'm ready for summer! I have been stitching a little bit. Not as much because I went to my class last night. I'm really not sure if I'm learning anything. I think I might be, but it just hasn't sunk in yet. It's a lot to take in. I still think it's 80% lighting, maybe more. Lighting makes all the difference. Anyway, here's my progress pic...
And I got a little package from Handcrafts Online yesterday.
It's Sweet Treats Block #3 - Tart. I can't wait to get started on it. I love the colors! :)
Melody did get in touch with me. She was on vacation! :) We got it all straightened out and I'll be sending her package to her today!

Heart of America looks so beautiful! And what fun to get goodies in the mail! I hope to do both of these designs some day. Glad to hear Melody got a hold of you to claim her prize, too.

Wow you sure have lots done on Heart of America and it is really pretty!! I love sweet treats too. I need to get cupcake and tart too. My LNS doesn't have those so I need to try and order them with all the thread and cute buttons. I almost have block 4 on SOHRH done. I haven't gotten as much stitching done this week. Gotta get in gear I guess. Debby

ReplyDeleteI'm doing a Diploma in Photography at the moment, I thought I'd be sailing through (I've been taking photos since I was a kid) - but it's quite a lot more technical than I realised. Good luck with yours!
