More "Moire"

I didn't stitch much last night. I spent most of the day cleaning. Ugh. I cleaned my mom's part of the house because she's been busy painting her new house and moving, so I thought I'd be nice and help her out here. There was a ton of sweeping to do because she has two dogs. I don't think I will ever get another dog after yesterday. They are just too much work! Maybe a nice short haired kitty when we eventually move back to Florida. I also have internet again. I tried to go without it, but it was just too hard. I didn't realize how much I relied on it! Anyway, I do have a progress pic of "Moire" to share. I'm really loving it! I don't have too much more to stitch on it.

Well, I've got to get back to work. I am so behind! Write later! :)

  1. Nicole,
That stitching looks great.I hear ya about the dog hair. Though, I will tell you alittle secret there are some shed free dogs out there that are small.

We have a west highland terrier. He is shed free which is why we picked that breed but he is also pretty darn smart. And a littel luvbug.

But a short haired cat is a good choice cats are pretty independent animals.

  6. I adore how this is looking, what threads are you using please?

On the subject of cats my friend had one and the hairs drove her crazy and that was short haired.

  10. Great stitching! I hear you about the cleaning ... this evening was spent doing yard work rather than stitching. Hope the move goes well!

  11. Moire looks really beautiful Nicole. I've downloaded the pattern when you first wrote about it, so I may stitch this myself one day.
