A Tiny Finish

I decided to stitch a little Fall Fob for myself. I used a freebie from Trail Creek Farm.

Fall freebie by Trail Creek Farms
Trail Creek Farm "Fall Freebie"
Fabric: 32 ct. Vintage Examplar
Threads: GAST and WDW
Started: 9/29/08 - Finished 9/30/08

I have also been working on my class project and "Two White Houses," but found that I was off a stitch on that one! I'm so frustrated! I don't feel like ripping! Anyway, maybe I'll work on something else - something a little less frustrating! :) Write later!

  2. That is such a cute little fob! So bright and cheerful and in the pretty fall colors. I know how you feel about being off on a pattern. It is very frusterating! I did a little on Starry nights and realized I forgot one color of thread and of course it is the one you need to start the pattern. At least it is only a pearl cotten thread but I don't have it yet. Stitching can be that way sometimes!

  3. Great work on your fob, Nicole. It looks terrific!

I can understand how you feel with being one thread out. It happens to all of us at one time or another. It's so annoying. Then the decision on what to do about it. Don't be disheatened, you'll get there.

  6. Just the other night I had to rip out a whole section of Catch the Wind. I was frustrated. My husband said "there's nothing wrong with it!", but it just didn't look right. LOL

By the end of the hour, my eyes hurt and I was a little crabby!
