Fabric

I went to my local quilt shop and bought a few fat quarters. They are reproduction prints from the 1800's. I could have bought them all they were so pretty! Here's what I did get...

I actually wish I had gotten a lighter blue to go with my Stacy Nash piece, but I think this gray and gold one will be pretty...

Here is also a little preview of "With My Needle." It looks good with the fabric too! :)

Jane asked where you can find the pattern and it's actually one of the designs from the recently released Book of Designs (vol. 1). Well, I'm definitely getting back into my stitching groove. Write soon!

  2. Lovely fabrics! I really like the grey/star and yellow fabrics with your last piece. Would the blue piece that you got go with the SN piece or is it too bright? It looks like it might work from your photos :)

  9. The grey completes your Stash Nash beautifully. The new start looks intriguing! Sometimes I have to put both hands in front of my eyes and go "don't look don't look". It's all so tempting! :-)

  20. Nicole can you take a picture of your Book of Designs sometime? I am interested in this but would like to see what format the book is. For example, is it bound so that it can lay flat, or is it a folder with seperate charts? TIA~Annie
