It's Not a Burn

As the day went on I could tell it wasn't a burn, but it was an infection and it was getting worse. I couldn't stand the pain any longer, so when the kids got out of school I went to the nearest walk in clinic. They drained it and gave me some antibiotics and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, there is no way I can stitch right now because of course it's the finger I use to hold my needle. So, I'm just hanging out on the couch watching Spongebob with the kids. Hopefully, I'll be back to normal soon!

  2. Goodness! I wonder how it happened? Did you prick it by chance with the needle and didn't realize it? Glad you have meds now - enjoy Spongebob...3 hours later...LOL

  10. wonder what in the world caused your finger to get infected!
I had a friend that a got a paper cut and she didn't think much about it...she ended up in the hospital with a really bad infection. I hope it feels better fast! Good that you went to the dr.
