Peppermint Twist

I went to my LNS today (I know, very bad). I got "Peppermint Twist" and a few threads I was needing for it. I decided to use 40 ct. Mockingbird linen by R&R. It's the same linen I was using for "Shores of Hawk Run Hollow," which I have decided I'm never going to stitch, so I unkitted it. :)

Peppermint Twist with threads and linen

I'm very excited about starting this. I'm going to try to be good and finish up "Peppermint Lane" first though. :) Write soon!

  3. What a cute design. I haven't seen it before.

Why are you thinking of not doing shores of hawks run hollow? Just too big? I did the village of hawks run hollow, and it took me about 6 months from start to finish. I really like it tho. I haven't been able to have it framed as yet, maybe in 2009....

  5. Hi Nicole:

I went to my LNS today and got Peppermint Twist too! Artistic minds must think alike! They only had two of them that they just got in and I got this one! I am so excited that you got yours too. This is so pretty!

  8. Hi Melody

I'm not stitching SoHRH because it's too big and the more I looked at it the more I realized it just wasn't me!
