Quaker Christmas

I worked on Quaker Christmas some today. I got two motifs finished.

Quaker Christmas as of 3/11/09.
Before

Quaker Christmas as of 3/24/09
After

I also worked on HoHRH a little bit last night. I'm really trying to finish up block three before the end of March. I'm running out of time! :) I didn't really stitch enough for a progress pic. Just filled in some of the windows. I will either get back to it or work on "This is the Day" a little bit. Write later! :)

  10. This is looking so nice! I stitched this piece last year and it was a nice Quaker piece. I like how you used the red as the main color. The pattern calls for a dark green (I think if I remember Balsim Fur) but when I got done it actually looked charcoalish or black. I like your red selection.

  17. I have this chart! I had to go back through your labels to find out the colours you used for it. They are stunning. Are you having any probs with the Belle Soie? I heard someone did have probs with her threads bleeding. Where did you get your fabric from as well - if you don't mind me asking so many questions lol?? xx
