My Decision
Thank you all for your comments! I have decided to go with the lambswool. I really liked the Maple Sugar, but it had a little bit of a pink tone that I just didn't like with the thread colors. I have also decided to only do the first six of the designs. I enlarged the top and bottom of the chart from the Lizzie Kate website and taped it together and then made another copy.

I would have gone with the Heritage Cashel, but the lambswool is great too. It's one of my favorite colors of linen. It'll look great when it's done.
