HoHRH Progress

I worked on "Houses of Hawk Run Hollow" last night until I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer.

Blocks 1 & 2 of HoHRH
36 ct. Pearled Barley with DMC threads (2 over 2).

The colors are so bright in this block, it took a little getting used to! Well, today I'm going to work on Sea to Shining Sea. I would love to get the top border finished up and then I'll be ready for the next block when it comes out this month. Write later! :)

  3. Beautiful progress on HoHRH! You really take excellent pictures. I have seen several pics of WIPS of this, but yours seems better somehow...the detail and light is fantastic.

  11. Great work, Nicole! You are working on my favourite block in HoHRH. I remember thinking the colours are definitely weird in this house, but when its done, its gorgeous. One of the reasons I'm not a designer, just a stitcher!

  12. This is gorgeous! I love the colors. Me and my mother are doing a RR on Shores. We just started stitching it...well, she just started stitching on the first block and I'll continue with the second whenever she's through with it. I can't wait to get my hands on it. :o)
