A teeny tiny ufo finish...

I was looking through some things last night and came across an old kit - Strawberries and Cream beginning hardanger by Serendipity. I had done all the hardanger on it, but not the regular stitching. So I decided to finish it up last night. I like how they finished theirs, I'll probably do something similar.

Strawberries and Cream

Well, I'm off to get ready for work. I'm going to take "H is for Honey" with me and work on that on my break! Write later!!

  1. Hello, I was just passing by a series of blogs....and i'm amazed with your fascination with brodering!
It remembered me of our traditional tapestry of Arraiolos, Portugal, a tapestry that has its origins in Smirna.
    Congratulations !!!
Today is my birthday and I will offer you some fotos of Arraiolos and e-mail them to you.

  2. Your Hardanger piece looks great!

  3. Oh its so beautiful, I have enjoyed looking at your blog, its really nice.

  4. This is soft & sweet looking -- such a nice job with the hardanger. I may get around to trying this again. In the past, didn't really enjoy it b/c I could never get all the way around & MEET up with the design : ) Oh well. Maybe if I tried something smaller ---
