A Tiny New Start!

I was inspired by Anita's very cute LHN "Garden Pleasures" pinkeep that I decided to start it this weekend also! I'm stitching it over one on 25 ct. Lambswool Jobelan. I'm liking it so far! :)

I don't have much done yet, just the border. I hope to get more finished tonight! I feel like I'm finally coming out of my slump. My excitement for my stitching has returned! :) I went to a couple of Joann's this weekend looking for the new Ashley Ginghers and I finally found them! I was so excited! I made a fob to match last night!

I had originally made an all purple fob, but decided I wanted a little pink to liven it up some! :) Well, Matthew is fussing, so I'd better go! Write later! :)

  7. I too love Garden Pleasures and have it but haven't started it yet. Have you seen Acorn Hill by Little House Needleworks coming to stores very soon? Go to her website and have a look. I gotta have that one. You have a great start on Garden Pleasures, and I am glad that you are feeling better. I too have been in a bit of a slump but am getting the urge to get some stitching done. The scissors are so pretty and your little fob is just beatuiful!! Debby :)

  22. Beautiful start. Your scissors are beautiful Sadly, I just use kitchen shears most of the time! Shhh don't tell! I'm too cheap. I'd rather put the money into patterns, fabric, fibers and use my quilting or kitchen scissors!
