Anyway, enough about that! My baby is sick! My day started out so well, and then end so badly. My poor Jakey started throwing up today. Bradley went through his on Friday. Every year when school starts we go through this. So like I said that was only a game, this is what's important....

That's my baby Jake and I hope he feels better soon!! Knitting pictures tomorrow! That's the one good thing that came about from watching 18 innings of baseball is I'm over 1/2 way finished with my first trekking sock. woo hoo.
I, too, was sad. Sigh. I'll be there next season hoping for the best.
ReplyDeletejust passing through reading new knitting blogs. stumbled upon yours and the post on the braves losing.
ReplyDeletefirst, i lived in georgia for 8 years but, now live in new mexico and can't wait to get back. sadly, i'm not a braves fan even though, i'm chastised by my georgia friends and family for being a traitor -- born and raised in new york thus, a yankee patriot.
second, i smiled when reading that you stayed up for all 18 innings -- it made me think of my mother -- who lives in kennesaw and works in a hospital and has to be at work at 6:00 AM. she's a die hard fan too. but, then again, aren't all brave fans.
anyway, i just wanted to say "hi" and i'll visit again to keep up with the "georgia happenings".
I'have just bookmarked you. Great site
